About the Role

HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital – Oconto Falls, Wisconsin
A rural critical access hospital and Level IV Trauma Center.
20-bed hospital with an 8-bed Emergency Department.
Patient population includes pediatric through geriatric.
Annual ED volume of 6,000.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of emergency department operations and processes.
• Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for emergency medicine.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physician.
• Current WI state license.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and experience in emergency medicine.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Skills

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
