About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care to patients in a timely manner
• Cross-credentialed with Adventist Health Bakersfield and Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District
• Work in a 156-bed facility with 10 ED beds and 4 rapid treatment spaces
• Treatment volume of 30,000 annually with approximately 84 patients per day
• Collaborate with hospitalists, general surgeons, and OB/GYNs

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine
• Current CA state license (preferred)

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
