Physician - Emergency Medicine - Natividad Medical Center

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine services at Natividad Medical Center – Salinas, a Level II Trauma Center and County Hospital.
• Treat a patient population with a significant Spanish-speaking demographic and pediatric cases.
• Work within a full call panel, supported by excellent nurses and Vituity scribe support.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physician.
• Spanish-speaking is highly preferred.
• Previous ED experience preferred.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center setting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
