Physician - Emergency Medicine
About the role
Located on the picturesque Maine Coast line, Pen Bay Hospital is seeking a BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join its expanding medical staff.
Responsibilities
- Join a collaborative fast-paced team with excellent support staff.
- Partner with LifeFlight of Maine for emergency patient transport when needed.
- Work in a newly renovated Emergency department with private patient rooms and state-of-the-art trauma rooms.
- Participate in a department that partners with a comprehensive behavioral health care network.
Requirements
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in the relevant specialty, or equivalent.
- Licenses/Certifications: Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine. Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
- Able to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.
