About the role

This is a permanent full-time position with full-time benefits; no PRN.

The schedule is 4 weeks on/4 weeks off.

The client pays for your round-trip ticket home every 4 weeks.

This is a rare balance—intensity and stillness. Work a 4-week on / 4-week off schedule with 12-hour shifts, 4 – 5 days a week. True time away when you are off. Space to reset, travel, or simply breathe.

Responsibilities

• Work a 4-week on / 4-week off schedule with 12-hour shifts, 4 – 5 days a week.
• Volume is approximately 7 – 8 per 12-hour shift.
• Compensation is $183.75/hour (~$315K annually), plus a $30K sign-on bonus, relocation, CME, covered airfare, and housing provided at a reduced cost.

Requirements

• Family or internal medicine physicians are accepted with experience in EM.
• Providers with experience working with native patient populations are preferred.
