Join AtlantiCare as the Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) - Vision 2030. $100,000 SIGN ON BONUS. As the division director, you will lead one of the most rapidly expanding groups at AtlantiCare and align with our Vision 2030 goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead one of the most rapidly expanding groups at AtlantiCare
• Align with Vision 2030 goals to improve patient outcomes, drive research and education, and foster multidisciplinary collaboration in cancer care
• Support a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers committed to excellence in minimally invasive surgery
• Guaranteed OR time and strong surgical volume from day one

Requirements

• Board Certification in Otolaryngology (ENT)
• Experience leading a group of otolaryngologists
• Strong surgical skills and experience in minimally invasive procedures
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
