Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of surgical programs aligned with Vision 2030 goals.
- Drive research and education initiatives through partnerships with Temple University and The Cleveland Clinic.
- Foster multidisciplinary collaboration in cancer care.
- Manage surgical volume and OR time.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
Requirements
- Board-certification in Surgery, preferably in Endocrine Oncology.
- Minimum of 10 years of surgical experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree.
- Current license to practice medicine in the state of New Jersey.
- Experience with digital health tools and technology integration.
