About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of surgical programs aligned with Vision 2030 goals.
  • Drive research and education initiatives through partnerships with Temple University and The Cleveland Clinic.
  • Foster multidisciplinary collaboration in cancer care.
  • Manage surgical volume and OR time.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Board-certification in Surgery, preferably in Endocrine Oncology.
  • Minimum of 10 years of surgical experience, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience with minimally invasive surgical techniques.
  • Strong collaborative skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Current license to practice medicine in the state of New Jersey.
  • Experience with digital health tools and technology integration.
