The Department of Surgery at MetroHealth Medical Center seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon with completed Endocrine Surgery fellowship and Adult Complex Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery designation.

Responsibilities

• Broad-spectrum general and endocrine surgery practice
• Participation in resident and medical student education
• Academic faculty appointment through Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine
• Access to advanced surgical technology and multidisciplinary support

• Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and education

Requirements

• MD, DO, or equivalent degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
• Completed a Fellowship in Endocrine Surgery
• Board Certified or Eligible for the Adult Complex Thyroid and Parathyroid Surgery Designation by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery
• Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Ohio
