We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Not present. Responsibilities? Duties. Requirements/Qualifications? There's Qualifications section. Benefits? There's benefits info: Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, CME, Malpractice, Contract. Also Pay: Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with some on call and weekends based on VHA policy. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. So we can have sections: Responsibilities (duties), Qualifications (basic requirements and preferred experience), Benefits (list of benefits), Pay (competitive salary...), Schedule (work schedule). Also maybe EDRP info? That's not a standard heading; could be part of Benefits? But EDRP is a program; maybe we can include under Benefits? The instruction says use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Also maybe include a short paragraph for EDRP eligibility? Could be part of Benefits? But EDRP is a specific incentive; could be placed under Benefits as a bullet. However we must not invent sections; we can include Benefits and list EDRP there. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not omit details like EDRP eligibility, program approval amounts, etc. Must include that info somewhere. Let's extract substantive info: - EDPR eligibility: position eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - student loan payment reimbursement program. We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also include a short paragraph for EDPR info under Benefits or maybe a separate section? Not in list; but we could include under Benefits as bullet. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure we include all substantive info. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We should avoid repeating the job title. No headings for Job ID. We need to preserve all info; we can embed some details in paragraphs. Let's structure:

    Responsibilities

Intro about FHCC mission and role of Chief of GEC.

    • ... list of major duties
But we have many duties; we can combine some into prose? The instruction: Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should put duties as list items. Similarly for Qualifications: we have basic requirements (list) and preferred experience (maybe list). Use
      • for list. Benefits: list of benefits items. Pay: maybe just a paragraph (competitive salary...). Could be a

        . Schedule: maybe a

. We need to include EDPR info: maybe as a

under Benefits or separate? Since Benefits heading expects list; we could include EDPR as a list item under Benefits. Let's craft. First, Responsibilities section: Paragraph: "Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) in North Chicago, Illinois is the nation's only fully integrated facility supporting Active Duty Naval service members, Naval recruits, and the nation's Veterans, with a mission to 'Ready Warriors and Care For Heroes'. The Chief of Geriatrics and Extended Care (GEC) reports to the Deputy Chief of Staff and provides administrative and clinical oversight for GEC, including Community Living Centers and Home Based Primary Care, while also overseeing geriatric medicine within the GEC Service Line." Then list duties. We'll need to capture all duties bullet points. Let's extract bullet points from the text: - Admit, follow, and discharge Community Living Center (CLC) patients as needed to maintain good patient flow. - Oversee geriatric and palliative care consultation for the in-patient population. - Provide clear, complete direct and electronic communication with staff in all areas of the Medical Center and with community contacts to facilitate smooth patient transitions, quality patient care, and high customer satisfaction. - Participate in interdisciplinary team meeting (IDT) weekly. - Collaborate with the GEC nurse practitioners/physician assistants, including case reviews and preceptor reviews. - Participate in care plan meetings and family meetings in conjunction with residents' care
