About the role
The West Virginia University School of Medicine and the Department of Surgery, Division of Colon and Rectal Surgery seek a Colorectal Surgeon (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV. Depending on operational needs, a successful candidate may also be assigned to provide services at additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
- Eligible to obtain a state medical license
- Board certified/eligible in general surgery
- Completed a colon and rectal surgery fellowship by the time of appointment
- Demonstrated track-record of leadership
- Excellent communication skills
- Publishations in high-impact journals (for appointment at the Associate Professor or Professor rank)
