Physician Coding Operations Manager

Travel Required: Up to 10%

About the Role

Provide day-to-day oversight of Physician Multispecialty Coding teams, manage Physician Coding Projects, ensure workflows are properly documented, and train the coding team accordingly. Prepare reports for leadership and client tracking toward metrics.

Requirements

• CPC certification from AAPC
• 7+ years' experience in medical coding
• Experience managing large projects with 20+ coders
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Multispecialty coding experience
• Multiple specialty credentials
• Experience working with Academic Medical Centers
• Experience with Physician Review and Education

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00–$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on skill sets, experience, training, security clearances, licensure, certifications, and business needs.
