Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive women's health strategy
• Partner with system leadership, nursing, and campus chiefs to standardize quality, advance education, and strengthen physician engagement across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Stay connected to patient care while maintaining a high level of clinical activity
• Reset culture, unify teams, and guide strategic growth

Requirements

• Experience as an Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
• Leadership experience in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Current Medical License in Pennsylvania
