Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, leading by example to create an exceptional patient experience.
- Lead healthcare management to ensure day-to-day execution of the medical model, collaborating with therapists and specialists for optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Manage clinicians and support staff, complying with APC supervisory requirements.
- Create a professional and collaborative working environment.
- Identify and implement changes to ensure continuous medical clinic improvement.
- Maintain relationships with center clients and payers.
- Manage clinical and support staffing levels with the medical clinic leadership team.
- Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Concentra values for all clinic colleagues.
- Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
- Demonstrate financial awareness and provide input to clinic budget and key business metrics.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted medical license.
- Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
- Eligibility to participate in Medicare.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in an ABMS or AOA recognized specialty preferred.
- FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ongoing discretion and secure information management due to access to confidential and critical information.

Pay
This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $250,000.00 to $290,000.00, depending on job-related factors such as level of experience, geographic location, and seniority.
Schedule
- Many clinics offer working hours Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- No nights, weekends, or holidays.
- 30+ days off a year.
