Physician: Cardiology–Chicago, IL (Bronzeville)

About the role

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Cardiologist, that has completed an ACGME-accredited cardiology fellow program, to join our Bronzeville Outpatient Care Center in Chicago, IL. We are excited about the opening of the NM Bronzeville Outpatient Care Center, coming September 2025.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert cardiovascular care to patients in a multidisciplinary setting
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of high-quality clinical services
• Participate in research activities related to cardiovascular disease
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Completed an ACGME-accredited cardiology fellow program
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Cardiology
• Current Illinois Medical License
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Experience in outpatient cardiology preferred
• Strong interest in academic medicine and research
