Cardiology Physician

About the role

We are seeking an additional Cardiologist to join our team at Jackson Purchase Medical Center. We offer flexible schedules including 3 weeks on/2 weeks off and 2 weeks on/3 weeks off. If you are an Invasive Cardiologist, we have a state-of-the-art Cardiac Cath Lab available for diagnostic catheterizations.

Responsibilities

• See patients in the office and hospital setting
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Contribute to the Chest Pain Center accreditation and life-saving processes

Requirements

• Current license to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky
• Experience in cardiology, particularly invasive cardiology
• Excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease preferred

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
