Cardiology Physician

About the Role

Provide nighttime cardiology hospitalist coverage at a hospital in Northeast Indiana, working overnight shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM on a 7 nights on / 7 nights off schedule.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cardiovascular services during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with subspecialty cardiologists (interventional, echocardiography, electrophysiology, transplant/VAD) for complex patient care and advanced procedures.
• Maintain and enhance skills through opportunities to perform echocardiography, nuclear imaging, and diagnostic heart catheterizations.
• Provide comprehensive cardiology care, support subspecialists, and contribute to patient management in a hospital environment.

Requirements

• Board eligible or certified in cardiology.
• Experience or interest in general and subspecialty cardiology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hospital setting.

Schedule
