Physician Cardiology

About the role

Join 8 cardiologists and 9 APPs with ample support staff. The position offers a 1:6 call rotation with excess call pay and full IP/OP cardiology practice with mentorship available. There are also 4 hours of administrative time weekly.

Responsibilities

• Practice in Topeka, the capital city of Kansas with family-friendly attractions, history, and festivals throughout the year.
• Work in a comprehensive on-site cardiac services and procedures setting, including a structural heart program with TAVR and Watchman.
• Benefit from the university of Kansas academic affiliation.

Requirements

Full-time, Monday – Friday clinic schedule.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Cardiology.
• Experience in advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology is preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
