About the role
Join 6 board-certified cardiologists and 5 APPs in an employed practice.
Hospital-employed position free from administrative duties.
Accredited Chest Pain Center at a not-for-profit medical center.
Onsite noninvasive stress testing, echocardiography, and cardiac rehabilitation.
Heart Failure Access Clinic and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation available.
Located in Hickory, NC – approximately 1 hour from Charlotte.
Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; DEA required.
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Conduct noninvasive stress testing, echocardiography, and cardiac rehabilitation.
- Treat patients with heart failure and cardiopulmonary conditions.
- Participate in Heart Failure Access Clinic and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation programs.
Requirements
- Board certification or board eligibility in cardiology.
- DEA license.
Qualifications
- Experience in cardiology preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Skills
- Excellent clinical skills.
