Physician, Breast Medical Oncology, Miami, Florida, Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of patients utilizing chemotherapy, endocrine therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies
• Participation in clinical trials when appropriate
• Collaborate closely with Breast Surgical Oncology, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Radiation Oncology, Radiology, Pathology, Genetics, and other oncology specialists to develop individualized treatment plans and optimize patient outcomes
• Participate in research initiatives and quality improvement projects
• Contribute to teaching medical students, residents, and fellows
• Participate in multidisciplinary breast tumor boards and treatment planning conferences

Requirements

• MD/DO from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestrictive medical license (or eligibility for licensure by start date)
• Satisfactory completion of all required due diligence tasks and credentialing
• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Oncology by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
• Fellowship training in Hematology/Oncology from an ACGME-accredited program is required
