PHYSICIAN

About the role

The Physician is responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of diseases and injuries in a Family Practice model setting; provides comprehensive, outpatient medical services for individuals and families on a continuing basis.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of diseases and injuries
• Provide comprehensive, outpatient medical services
• Supervise Medical Assistant (MA) clinical activities
• Continuously verify the MA’s clinical skills competency

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in a specific medical specialty or have completed residency and be Board Eligible
• Licensed in the State of Nevada

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
