Responsibilities

• Vital member of a dedicated team providing exceptional patient care
• Assess patients and provide treatments while ensuring an exceptional patient experience
• Collaborate with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure
• Foster an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition
• Maintain relationships with center clients and payers
• Promote, cultivate, and exemplify Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues

Qualifications

• Clinic-based position providing direct patient care
• Leading by example and creating an exceptional patient experience
• Active and unrestricted license
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date)
• Eligible to participate in Medicare
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willing to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program

Compensation Package

• Base Salary Range: $270,000.00 to $310,000.00 (depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority)
