About the role
As a Home Health Aide, you will provide personal care services to patients in their homes, assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.Responsibilities
- Assist patients with hygiene and personal care tasks
- Help patients maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Monitor patients' health conditions and report any changes to supervisors
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure patient needs are met
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Pass a drug test
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care or related field preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks in various environments
