Responsibilities

  • Provides direct patient care and support to multidisciplinary health team working within the scope of practice of a Physician Assistant (PA).
  • Collaborates with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure high-quality, evidence-based outcomes.
  • Develops comprehensive care plans, coordinates patient care, delivers ongoing treatment while fostering a strong patient-provider relationship.
  • Maintains program excellence and professional growth through clinical expertise, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Optimizes resource utilization and enhances patient experiences through continuous process improvement.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and maintains confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in the state of [State]
  • Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records systems

Qualifications
