About the Role
Liberty University seeks a dynamic Program Director for its Master of Physician Assistant Program. This is an inaugural role, offering the opportunity to develop the program from the ground up. The university is committed to training health professionals who will advance the health and well-being of the Commonwealth of Virginia and beyond, while meeting healthcare workforce needs. The Program Director will spearhead the program's development, management, and administration, ensuring seamless accreditation through ARC-PA.
Responsibilities
- Build and shape the Physician Assistant Program from its inception
- Collaborate with faculty to continuously improve the program's curriculum and instruction quality
- Secure top-tier clinical sites and cultivate connections within Virginia's medical landscape
- Ensure effective management of operational, programmatic, and accreditation activities
Qualifications
- Master's degree from a regionally accredited university
- Graduation from a PA program accredited by ARC-PA
- Current NCCPA certification
- Terminal degree preferred
Pay
$125,000.00 - $160,000.00
