Responsibilities

Requirements

• Washington license (active/good standing) by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• A minimum of 2 years clinical experience (post degree) in UC, ED or FM setting.

Qualifications

Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Washington or Idaho.
