Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Pain Management

About the role

Join us as an Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) on our Pain Management team at Reno Orthopedic Center. You would work under our Pain Management physician, a newly established specialty service offered at ROC to help patients get back to what they love doing. Love seeing patients in clinic? Responsibilities

• Work primarily at our Main Reno downtown location, with some travel to our Carson City clinic (around 4 days per month)
• Work primarily in clinic
• Assist in some pain management procedures may come after being fully onboarded — seeing patients in clinic is the priority
• Build to an estimated 20 patients per day

Schedule

The schedule can be either 4 or 5 days per week, full time.

Qualifications

• Active Nevada professional license with no license restrictions (PA-C or APRN*)
• Nurse Practitioners must be certified to see patients of all ages (FNP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Two years of experience working as a PA/NP in an orthopedic hospital/clinic setting

Travel

This position may require travel based on clinic needs.
