About the role

Sollis Health has expanded to Coral Gables! In this role, you will provide concierge emergency medical care to Sollis Health patients in clinics and conduct home visits. You will work under the supervision of an attending physician.

Responsibilities

  • Perform medical evaluations and formulate a differential diagnosis and treatment plan within the scope of emergency medicine.
  • Manage high-level medical conditions such as atrial fibrillation, tachycardia, congestive heart failure, and acute abdominal pain.
  • Conduct medical procedures including obtaining IV access, administering fluids and medications, splinting, suturing, phlebotomy, performing POC testing, and performing EKGs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support care delivery.
  • Assess and treat Covid-related cases, including clinical sample collection, POC testing, and providing symptom management.
  • Ensure comprehensive clinical charting, including detailed history, physical exams, differential diagnoses, and treatment plans.
  • Work closely with the Medical Director and other clinical team members to adhere to policies and deliver high-quality care.
  • Coordinate additional care with Care Coordination, house calls teams, or Medical Partners.
  • Participate in operational projects to contribute to the organization's success.
  • Transfer responsibility for pending labs or imaging to in-clinic providers at the end of your shift.
  • Perform related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, required.
  • Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program, required.
  • Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner state license and ability to practice in Florida.
  • DEA license required.
  • ACLS, PALS certification required upon hire.
  • House call, EMS/pre-hospital, concierge experience a plus.

  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in systems like Slack, Athena Health, Salesforce, and Humanity.
  • Superb technical skills, including phlebotomy, peripheral IV placement, and medication administration.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a multitasking environment.
  • Strong process and organizational skills.
  • The ability to problem-solve and think creatively.
  • Comfortable interfacing with high-end clientele.
