About the role

Seeking Emergency Medicine Advanced Providers to join our team. A minimum of 1 year of EM experience is required. Current national certification and DEA are required. Current SC state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Play a critical role in improving lives in the Emergency Department
  • Be a valued member of the full care team
  • Work at 93-bed Hilton Head Medical Center with a 24-room Emergency Department
  • Treat patients with an annual volume of 22,000 and an admit rate of 28-30%
  • Work at a higher acuity site with a wealthy, elderly population and summer vacationers
  • Benefit from most sub-specialty backup except for Peds, ENT, neurosurgery, and plastics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of EM experience
  • Current national certification and DEA
  • Current SC state license (optional)

Qualifications

  • Advanced Provider role
  • Must be licensed in South Carolina
  • Must be certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners
  • Must hold a current DEA license
