Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Baltimore MD

About the role

We are actively seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing, award-winning interventional pain management practice serving patients throughout Anne Arundel and Baltimore County, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient consultations and follow-up evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assist with pain management and medication management
• Career development opportunities
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare providers
• Build strong relationships with referral sources and community providers
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Maryland PA or NP license
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in private practice seeing patients independently
• Pain management, orthopedic, PM&R, or related experience preferred
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance to Central Maryland offices

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $135K plus bonuses
• Total Compensation: $155,000 – $180,000+
• 4 Weeks PTO
