About the role

The Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner plays a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. In this role, you will:

  • Provide direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols
  • Perform full evaluations of patients to address the root cause of hormone-related and wellness conditions
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management team to ensure clinical and operational success
  • Support wellness-oriented programs such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension, low libido, and aesthetic services at select locations
  • Provide patient education and help patients understand their treatment plans in a clear, professional, and compassionate manner

Requirements

  • Licensed Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse in Colorado required
  • Current DEA registration required
  • At least 1 year of clinical practice experience
  • Prior hormone replacement therapy, wellness, weight loss, or primary care experience preferred
  • Availability during clinic hours, including 2 Saturdays per month with incentivized pay

Qualifications

  • Average 40–41 hours per week
  • Training: 2 full consecutive weeks, 10 business days, of paid training Monday–Friday

Pay

Total Compensation: $135,400 annually

Schedule

  • Hours of Operation: Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
    Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
    Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, required 2 per month with additional pay provided
