Responsibilities
- Serves as a primary point of contact for employers regarding all new injuries and significant clinical changes.
- Ensures day-to-day execution of medical model by collaborating with therapists and specialists to achieve optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
- Maintains and monitors key clinical center metrics related to quality outcomes, ensuring compliance with state practice acts and regulations.
- Manages clinicians and support staff, adhering to supervisory requirements and promoting a professional and collaborative work environment.
- Uses clinical systems efficiently to ensure excellent documentation, appropriate coding, charge capture, and follow-through on patient care orders.
- Works with DMO to identify and implement changes for continuous clinical improvement and drives patient and client experience metrics.
- Communicates with center clients and payers, responding to their requests within 24 hours and maintaining strong relationships.
- Manages clinical and support staffing levels and proficiencies to enhance patient satisfaction, workflows, and efficiencies.
- Promotes Orange Book values and fosters a culture of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
- Develops and supports the talent life cycle for staff clinicians and support staff within the center.
Qualifications
- Licensure requirements of the state of jurisdiction.
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
- Procedural skills preferred, but training provided for occupational medicine.
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience, with occupational medicine experience preferred.
- Additional data training provided in the best-in-class Occupational Medicine Process Management Model.

- Base compensation rate in the range of $155,000.00 - $185,000.00 plus shift stipend, base salary depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law.
