Qualifications
- Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing
- CURRENT DEA license is a requirement
- Have an NP or PA Certification
- Willing to float between Webster, Pasadena, Friendswood, Galleria, Sugarland, Katy
Hours of Operation
- Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (2 per month with incentivized pay)

Pay
$125,000 base plus $400 each Saturday which adds $10,400 to annual base = $135,400
