Requirements

• Current national certification and DEA are required.
• Current CA state license is a plus.

The Practice

Peach Tree Yuba City – Yuba City, California

• 3-4 room Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
• Services include medical, behavioral, vision, dental, and pharmacy.
• Facility hours are Mon–Fri 7 am–5 pm; closed most major federal holidays.
• Annual volume of 4,000.
• Diverse patient population including a high percentage of Medi-Cal patients and underserved communities.
• Peach Tree Health has been recognized in the Best of Yuba-Sutter Reader’s Choice Awards for its urgent care and outpatient services.

Pay

Salary range for this role is $68 – $80 per hour.
