Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of urgent care conditions
- Perform occupational medicine exams, DOT physicals, and manage workers' compensation cases
- Congduct and interpret X-rays and point-of-care testing
- Perform minor procedures such as laceration repair, splinting, and abscess drainage
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure optimal patient flow and outcomes
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Illinois Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license (or eligibility)
- Experience in orthopedics or occupational medicine preferred
- Confident proceduralist with a calm, efficient approach
- Strong communicator with empathy and professionalism
- 12-18 months of experience in Urgent Care or ER setting
- Team player capable of working in a fast-paced environment
