Seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a hospitalist team, managing inpatient care including admissions, discharges, and ongoing treatment. This position offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, supporting the development of an innovative inpatient care model.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of inpatient care, collaborating with experienced physicians.
• Provide comprehensive patient care, including admissions, discharges, and treatment planning.
• Participate in developing new healthcare delivery models and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Work within a team dedicated to excellence and patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Board Certification and active license in the relevant state.
• Preferred CAQ in Hospital Medicine for PAs.
• Current CPR, BLS, ACLS certifications, and DEA license for prescribing controlled substances.
• Patient-centric, collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
• Highly qualified recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
