Physician Assistant - Hematology/Oncology

About the role

Full-time Physician Assistant position providing Hematology/Oncology care to a primarily adult population in Cambridge and Everett. The PA works independently in collaboration with a talented team of physicians and nursing staff in an ambulatory setting. Excellent opportunities exist to become involved in quality improvement initiatives and projects within a supportive, collegial environment with strong infrastructure and a fully integrated inpatient/outpatient EMR (Epic).

Responsibilities

• Provide hematology/oncology care to adult patients in ambulatory clinics in Cambridge and Everett
• Work independently in collaboration with physicians and nursing staff
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and projects
• Utilize Epic EMR for integrated inpatient/outpatient documentation
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team-based environment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of PA experience
• Oncology experience or deep experience with chronic disease management required
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong commitment to serving an underserved, multicultural patient population
• Ability to collaborate and work successfully in a multidisciplinary team-based environment

Pay

Base salary range: $121,000 – $181,000, determined by years of experience.

Days only; no call, no weekends.
