Physician Assistant for In-home Visits

About the role

Conduct in-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. These visits include a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member's home. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people's current treatment regimen. This is an independent contractor (1099) position with flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive wage or supplement current income while managing other personal and clinical commitments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person's overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
• Perform medication and medical history reviews along with physical evaluations in health plan members' homes
• Complete pre-populated, patient-specific forms for each evaluation

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician assistant/physician associate (PA-C)
• State License Required (PA-C)
• Medicaid License or willingness to enroll (with our support) strongly preferred

Pay

• Earn up to $1800 to $3000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, $70 per completed assessment)
• Increase your per-visit rate up to 160% with our Market Multiplier*
• Earn additional compensation via our pay-per-test model (for visits where the health plan member qualifies to receive additional diagnostic and preventive tests)
• Availability Incentives (based on weekly availability)

Schedule

• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Short-Term or Long-Term basis
• Flexible Schedule
• Pre-scheduled visits in-home with health plan members
