PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT - CERTIFIED

About the role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant located in Jonesboro, AR. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians to provide patient care, assess and diagnose medical conditions, develop treatment plans, and perform minor medical procedures. Additional responsibilities include follow-up care, patient education, and assistance in surgical procedures. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients and active participation in improving practice operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current NCCPA certification
• Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in the state of Arkansas
• Experience in patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Proficiency in performing minor medical procedures and assisting in surgeries
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Experience in Orthopedics or Sports Medicine preferred

Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program and current NCCPA certification
