Responsibilities

• Engage employees in a personal relationship with a primary care physician
• Deliver thorough, patient-focused primary care
• Improve patient health, satisfaction, and engagement
• Not focused on volume-based measures, but on patient outcomes
• Offer on-site physicians and full direct primary care services
• Provide excellent client support

Requirements

• Master's degree (MS, PA-C)
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (preferred)
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice
• Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice
• Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
• Training skills a plus
• Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records

Mon/Wed 7:30 - 3:30, Tue/Thurs 9:30 - 6:30
