Responsibilities
- Engage employees in a personal relationship with a primary care physician
- Deliver thorough, patient-focused primary care
- Improve patient health, satisfaction, and engagement
- Not focused on volume-based measures, but on patient outcomes
- Offer on-site physicians and full direct primary care services
- Provide excellent client support
Requirements
- Master's degree (MS, PA-C)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Family Practice/Primary Care environment
- Certification as a Physician Assistant (preferred)
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety concepts and OSHA regulations
- Licensed as a Physician Assistant in the state of practice
- Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader, if allowed within state of practice
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
- Training skills a plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving and workflow management skills
- Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
