Position Highlights
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Monday–Friday schedule with flexible options of 4 10-hour shifts or 5 8-hour shifts
Clinic hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with a rotating schedule that includes two early shifts and two late shifts
A patient-centered environment where providers have the time they need to deliver high-quality, personalized care—no rushed visits
Strong focus on preventative care and long-term patient health management
Patient visits commonly include annual wellness exams, preventative health screenings, and women’s health services
Primary care experience preferred

What You’ll Do
- C conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines
- Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care
- Edits patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development
- Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions
- Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care
- Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies
- Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed
- Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records
- Edits and coaches nursing staff on best practices
- Performs other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
- Maintains state licenses/certifications to practice
- Maintains Board of Pharmacy Prescribing License (if applicable)
- Current NCCPA national certification required
- Graduate from ARC-PA accredited program
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
- State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required in your state (Alabama, Connecticut, DC, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Utah, Wyoming, Puerto Rico) (New York ROPES registration)
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
