Physician Assistant
Responsibilities
- Care for every patient within your scope of practice.
- Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
- Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal, foreign object removal, etc.
- Suture wounds.
- Splint injuries.
- Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management.
- Review and interpret x-rays under supervision of a radiologist.
- Treat general dermatological conditions.
- Manage general eye problems.
- Interpret general EKGs.
- Handle emergency management skills.
- Provide general GYN expertise.
- Treat children of all ages.
- Offer occupational medicine services.
- Provide telemedicine services.
- Board Certification required.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher education required.
- DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (MainStreet covers the cost).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

About the Role
MainStreet Family Care is growing and seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join their team. The position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and an exciting opportunity for PAs early in their career, including new graduates. Schedule
The clinic operates extended hours, 7-days-a-week: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The PA works a rotating schedule that includes every other weekend.
