Job Summary
Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking a Physician Assistant to join their team at the West Springfield Center. This is a full-time opportunity with a total shift schedule of 3-12 hour shifts and every other weekend. Compensation and Benefits
Total Shifts: 3-12 hour shifts and every other weekend
Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (12 hours each)
Total Compensation: Salaried, equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post-master’s certificate program
PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification - Experience: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
- Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification
Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia
DEA License - Credentialing Requirements: Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) and medical staff credentialing for clinical privileges
