Physician Assistant

About the role

We are seeking progressive and entrepreneurial Full-Time Physician Assistants with adult and pediatric experience to join our welcoming and diverse community of Northwell providers in our Nassau County Urgent Care Centers.

Responsibilities

• Treat all ages (6 months and older)
• Perform minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.)
• Read EKGs and X-rays
• Work in an environment with on-site Rad Techs and Medical Assistants
• Enjoy flexible scheduling options including the ability to trade or pick up extra shifts
• Rotate to other locations to meet a diversity of staff and patients

Requirements

PA 2 or more years of full-time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting treating all ages (6 months and older)

Qualifications

Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), reading EKGs and X-rays

$68/hour - $89/hour (experience-based range)
