Role Overview Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary and family care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and management of acute and chronic conditions. Manage patient appointments, perform routine examinations, diagnostic testing, health counseling, and coordinate care with healthcare professionals. Promote patient engagement through screenings, wellness services, and chronic disease management. Responsibilities Deliver holistic patient care supported by clinical resources Complete administrative duties like inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, and payment collection Support strong health outcomes through routine examinations and treatment planning Use guidelines and assessment tools effectively Engage patients with preventive and wellness services Qualifications & Skills For Nurse Practitioners: Active Family Nurse Practitioner license, with preferred experience and BLS certification; ability to order/administer vaccines; DOT certification required within 30 days For Physician Associates: Master’s in Physician Assistant studies, NCCPA certification, active state license, BLS certification; DOT certification required within 30 days Both roles: Ability to pass respirator FIT test, strong communication skills, and preferably experience with EHR systems.
