Role Overview This position involves practicing professional nursing or medicine in collaboration with physicians, utilizing specialized knowledge to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients. Responsibilities include collecting patient data, developing treatment plans, performing procedures within expertise, and providing patient education and counseling. Key Duties Gather medical histories, perform physical exams, and review relevant studies.Formulate accurate diagnoses and develop appropriate treatment plans aligned with physician guidance.Perform procedures within legal and organizational policies.Educate patients and families on treatment, disease prevention, and health promotion.Document all patient interactions and care activities thoroughly.Manage telehealth encounters, urgent situations, and administrative tasks.Lead and collaborate within the healthcare team, advocating for patient-centered care. Qualifications & Skills Graduate degree in nursing or a bachelor's degree for Physician Assistants, from accredited programs.Licensure as a Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant in the relevant state, with certification and prescriptive authority.Ability to obtain DEA registration and BLS certification as required.Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
