Role Overview This position involves practicing professional nursing and medicine, including independent and delegated medical functions, in accordance with accepted standards. Responsibilities also include managing telehealth encounters, emergency actions, and administrative tasks, while maintaining clinical competence and professional licensure. Qualifications & Skills Graduate degree in nursing or bachelor's degree for PA, with relevant accreditation.Valid licensure and certification, including prescriptive authority, DEA registration, and BLS within specified timeframes.Experience in clinical settings (preferred).Ability to assess, diagnose, develop treatment plans, perform procedures, educate patients, and document care accurately.Strong collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and ongoing professional development skills. Key Duties Conduct medical history reviews, physical exams, and interpret diagnostic studies.Develop and implement patient-centered treatment plans with physician collaboration.Perform procedures within scope and organizational policies.Educate and counsel patients and families on health and disease prevention.Maintain thorough documentation of patient care activities.Participate in quality assurance, mentorship, and continuing education.Adhere to legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
