Job Summary

The Ortho team at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center is seeking an experienced Spine PA to join their growing practice. Located in charming Hartsville, SC, the practice offers a blend of a small-town atmosphere and easy access to larger metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures under the supervision of physicians
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results
• Develop and maintain patient records
• Provide pre- and post-operative care
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Current PA license in South Carolina
• At least 3 years of experience as a Spine PA
• Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Guaranteed compensation is based on the MGMA median or better, based on experience. Quarterly bonuses are also available based on wRVUs.
