About the Role
Federally Qualified Health Center seeks a board-certified/board-eligible Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team in Northern California.
This is an outpatient-only position with no call requirements. Providers typically work 4 days per week, seeing 16-18 patients per day. The group operates three medical clinics within 30 minutes of each other, and most providers rotate through two sites.
Current EMR is Athena Practice, with Epic implementation planned for 2027.
Pay
Base salary: $145,000 – $160,000.
Sign-on bonus: $50,000 for Advanced Practice Providers.

Schedule
Clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Location
Located 30 minutes from Redding, just under 2 hours from Chico and Susanville, and 3.5 hours from the Pacific coast. Domestic airport in Redding offers direct flights to San Francisco, Los Angeles, Seattle, and Denver. Sacramento International Airport is a 2.5-hour drive away.
