Responsibilities
- Render compliant status determinations for hospitalized patients
- Perform peer‑to‑peer reviews with payors’ medical directors
- Review short inpatient stays
- Review observation patients daily
- Build relationships with medical staff and leadership to gain buy‑in on utilization management (UM
