Physician: Academic Clinical Investigator- Genitourinary Oncology
About the role
The Section of Hematology and Medical Oncology at Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM) and Boston Medical Center (BMC) is seeking a medical oncologist to join the Genitourinary Oncology Program. This expanding, multidisciplinary program is focused on providing exceptional clinical care and performing high-impact research in GU malignancies.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional clinical care in genitourinary oncology
- Participate and lead in clinical trials and collaborations with both internal and external laboratory-based investigators
- Engage in teaching students, residents, and fellows in the clinic and inpatient settings
- Contribute to research in prostate cancer and health disparities
Requirements
- Qualified candidates will have an MD, MD PhD, or DO and will be BE/BC in Medical Oncology
- Candidates must be licensed or eligible for a medical license in the state of Massachusetts
Qualifications
Qualifications will be based on qualifications and experience. Academic rank will be determined accordingly.
Skills
Strong clinical expertise and interest in clinical/translational research are required.
